I did use ur guide when shopping for gears. :)


i think that wiz is geared well. good dmg/life/resist/crit chance which are the main key items you need for the build.
the armor is kinda low but nothing to stress over. If that was my wiz i wouldnt upgrade anything because it appears to farm and play just fine.
so now if you guys would want to upgrade anything its just personal preference

so u get close to the gob, last elite, boss whatever and use it for a fast dmg hit.
then i right click archon so it goes away storm chaser some monsters til the cooldown is gone and do it again(i dont go out of archon vs goblins though just right click em til they die).

dmg is good tho ;p

cold blooded is a good option if u dont want to use glass cannon because of the resistance hit you take

What's the best way to deal with cold/molten/arcane elites? Can these wiz tank them? or kite?

My bro in law was having the most trouble with these elites. Everything else was just cake.

ive tele/save passage on my cm Soso, and jump out of molten/frozen/arcane... etc frequently

Because of my bro in law, I wanted to build a CM wiz myself too.

Spent 9mil total last night. Love it. Just killed Diablo with my wizard for the first time lol.

Pretty happy with the build. It's missing an ammy, but I'm going to learn how to play her well first then get an ammy.

btw, just did a full act 3 run an hour ago from storefront to azmo. Died only twice! This build is pretty crazy. I think it will be much stronger in a teamplay too.

i think you geared your wiz very nicely me personally i wouldnt upgrade much since you can do a3 runs with dying just a couple of times. I like having more armor and resist but urs are more than good i would just mf and sell everything i find

i think a4 is easier you have a lot more monsters to crit off of but the drops/bosses/elites are fewer in a4.
req for a3 with this build imo would be
850+ resis 35K+ dps 30% crit chance is good apoc should be at least 15 imo but lower can work because there are more monsters to crit off of
