Would a dagger be better that a sword because of higher attack speed? I'm looking to increase LoH so I am thinking if I also should change my mace.

i dont like daggers ^^ low damage and bad style. i prefer sword or axe. just get ias from gloves and other items.

just me but i like larger weapons, for better range. kinda like in D2, dont wanna put a wiz spike on a bvc right? lol

What ration between armor and vitality do you guys go fore?

I find 1vit to 10armor a good mix as it nets a around 200k effective health. I find 1vit to 5 armor too low - with 60k life and 7k armor u nearly get 200k effective health. Having 48k life and 10k armor gets u over 200k effective hp. 12k amor being the turning point before more life then 50k is needed.

Getting beat up in A2.. what can I do better?

Your res, armor, and LoH are atrocious.

Aim for ~800-900 res, 9-10k armor (min), 400-800 LoH (or ~2-3k health regen, which is typically cheaper), and your dps, while low, will be sufficient to clear A2. Aim for 20-30k before attempting A3.

you don't need that much for A2 at all...i beat A2 with ~100ish resists AFTER impunity, 131 LoH (from BK), and 6k armor...this was with budget gear before i bought real gear. granted, i was doing 20kish dps and had 60k HP



anyways if you're using a shield, then your armor is somewhat low, but still manageable. what skills are you using?

You're right, but you may as well spend 1m now to make sure you clear through it cleanly rather than 500k and spend the remaining 500k+ on repairs. The stats I mentioned basically enables you to face roll act 2 and not even really attempt to avoid any damage.

the stats you mentioned are A3 stats...besides dps, that is

and it's easier to change skills to face roll an act than spend more money on gear

this is what i used before i upgraded my gear

the only thing that's changed is now i use weapon master instead of tough as nails
