Rough translation:

Firstly, we are grateful for your patience during this time while waiting for development team to restore services on our server.

On 10 June, we discovered some errors on some items in our database and these errors represents a small percentage of items not being able to be traded or sold. These errors causes a total of not more than 0.01% of items being duplicated. While most players are unaffected by these errors, but due to these duplicated items in the database, the stability of the server cannot be maintained. Therefore, we started server maintenance and performed the necessary operations to fix this problem. Our development team is currently doing their best to resume service as soon as possible.

All original and their duplicated items will be removed from the database. We will also inform you when will be the exact timing the server maintenance will be completed. Currently, estimated time the server will resume on June 11, 8 P.M. Taiwan time.

We have also notice that some players, while playing the game for a short period of time and got disconnected, are also affected by this rollback procedure. We will address these problems at a later timing.

They can't prove you changed your clock - but if you are using anything 3rd party, banned. Exploiting something in the game without using ANY 3rd party things will NOT result in a ban.

When you set back the time on your pc you're intentionally exploiting the game and you know it.
It's a major mistake by blizz ofc, but you are still aware of what you are doing, which is messing up the game.

This. exploiting/cheating/modding/whatever ruins the damn game. if you want to cheat and mod, go back to D2 and have a bot auto-mf and auto-pk for you all day, because you lack the skills to do it yourself.
