It's not that simple u big dummy. It's alot more complex, where as now players can be shop owners, and not only sell items but in-game gold as well for real money
it solves and eliminates what were considered to be some of problems(not all, in fact some of em were beneficial to certain people) in D2 at the same time
if they knew this new AH was going to destroy the balance and the economy of the game, they wouldn't have implemented in the game in the first place

As opposed to spending your pay check to become good at D2. Things have changed so much....

I'm really ecxited of RMAH, so far I haven't figured out any real disadvantages what comes to game play or even forum gold. These all can co-exist.

USD or EUR, depending realm, will have direct value over in-game gold, time will tell what the ratio will be and there will be also ratio between in-game gold and FG. So FG doesn't vanish, it is up to people what they prefer. Also real money will become available even for people who doesn't like to put any money on Battle net account, this is cause Blizzard will give free transactions time to time and with good items, some people might get some bucks out if it and then be able to start real deal with RMAH.

Another thing that I see is no need for 3rd party shops and that also means no more spamming on chat channels.

People are really anxious about this, but one thing will be sure. Item RM prices will be really low at start and overall it will be really compete market and hard to make any good money, unless you get really lucky and find extremely rare items. But it also seems that in D3 items will be much more easier to get so market can become saturated quite fast..

okay... the real money system is for noobs who use website that spam bot keep spammmmming in your game!

You can do this already in D2 its called FG.

Blizz is just trying to cut out all the middle men and item sellers.
