Maybe bring back the original Butcher from the first Diablo and make him a million times stronger as the final boss in Diablo 3.

That blood-stain Cleaver needs to do some epic damage!

That's a shame because he sounded intimidating whenever you got close to him and his room area looked scarier than Diablo's entrance. He should make a return in Diablo 3, but only if he's much more powerful. His blood-stained Cleaver has to deal out greater damage.
