blah blah blah

don't really understand the real purpose of the worldstone so assumptions like that are a major leap of faith.

also the significance of the meteor should not be overlooked.

Any idea if Baal is going to make his way into Diablo 3?

During some of the Diablo 3 gameplay videos that I've been watching on YouTube, a few of the champion monsters are so huge and powerful. One can only imagine how difficult the end-game boss is going to be. It will probably be Diablo: The Lord of Terror.

It has to be Diablo. Why else would the game be- DIABLO.

Although he could be the 2nd to last boss, maybe 3rd who knows

Blizzard should surprise us and have Diablo sneak attack us throughout the game. Giving us a little taste of his powerful damage, sort of like an inevitable showdown that's waiting for us at the end of the game.

I don't know if anybody remembers the original "Friday the 13th" video game on Nintendo, but Jason Voorhees would often attack you as you quested through the game. It was so random and could happen any time and any place throughout the game. He took down half your life bar and it kept you on your toes.

How cool would it be to be playing Diablo 3, and Diablo just suddenly attacks you out of nowhere. Giving you a brief thrill and suspense for a few seconds each time. It would really spice things up on Hardcore mode.

Sort of like Diablo walking the earth ( Diablo clone ) on Diablo 2, but without receiving a textual warning. And this would happen numerous times during each game, not just one time.
