Every class has a skill that does work for them. Storm armort, sentry, haunt/locust, rend, palm. If anyone wanted they could hit you with a spell once then run away. The only difference with dh's is that it's stationary. A person can choose to run away and go back in when his cooldowns are up again. If anything having 1 on one screen and 1 on another not 20 steps away makes it about the same. A dh can choose to juke you between doors / screens if they wish to it makes no difference. Seems like an unreasonable rule as it doesnt accomplish anything other than being a pain for the dh when one sentry is about to expire and you stand near your second one.

Problem... might just be me : I tried joining a pub game on my lvl 30 and the only quests it lets me choose are a select few from act 3 and 4 of norm. It seems my other chars (lvl 60) it only lets me choose quests within their lvl range, so mainly inferno.

you need to complete previous quest of the one you want to choose

You have a chance against a WD with hex if u have the right gear and the right spec, it still the hardest matchup for a barb by far, but it is winnable.
It somewhat has alot to do with how the WD plays tbh... perfectly played WD will almost never die to a barb.

Should be a quest in act 3 normal... since i assume most people jus go to act 3 to rush there LLDs to level 30. Most of us only have Quests in Act 3 availible... at least i do... i unno. Seems easier to jus use act 3 normal but w/ez.

Dont see the issue with DH turrets... Sure they do dmg... but if u hit a demon hunter with 1 normal attack they have like 23 health left... there squishy as balls. ALL they can do is kite, if they get caught they get caught, 2 turrets / 1 turret... i just dont understand what class is that gunna help the matchup against DHs? It 100% doesnt help a barb, it really makes no difference. In my experience anyways.

DH is already fragile, nn to make them weaker. Just find another way to fight them.
