Yes, my argument was on the same side as his. However, his logic was flawed in stating that Blizzard has seemingly infinite funds and because of this, the game will not be exploited. That is fundamentally wrong.
Again, the hacking community is pretty skilled and has quite a bit of ingenuity with a healthy supply of new talent. The Blizzard security/Warden team is experienced and are paid full time to maintain the anti-hacking software which works kind of like an anti-virus solution. I would say it's pretty even on both sides. Only time will tell if Diablo 3 will be exploited like the previous installments.
Okay, that makes more sense then.

So because Diablo 2 is a dying game, it means your ok with farm sites spaming 100 pages of BS, leting anyone run bot programs, and-or dupes, exploits etc..............?? Oh its a dying game.. its ok, I understand. When will it be "dead", and not"dying"?
Anyway, my thread is more about Diablo 3 and not Diablo 2. Im using Diablo 2 as a starting template to learn from.
As far as Starcraft, thats a RTS, how much fucking matinence could you possibly need on that? Its the same shit over and over.........Guild Wars? You want a new expansion every month or so? Hell I love new content but Jesus, I have a life out of gaming. Plus how can you use guild wars... you proly pay more then a P2P game in fucking expansion pack purchases....
I'm saying they have no need to stop it.
Starcraft, you'd be surprised.
Guild Wars has new updates/patches on average every few days.
I've paid probably $80 for my Guild Wars items, and that's basically for four games.
