how much spirit regen have you got with skorn setup?  not sure how you can keep dropping bells on white mobs.

Isn't using Rising Tide and TR unfair comparison for the DW spec? You could get dps buffs from DR or BW. And exalted soul with DW? Curious how some SR will work with a DW build, but not sure you need some of those. If you're pushing mobs that you take a while to kill, TR is not as useful and you'll have plenty of spirit from FoT.

overall, both setup feels fast.

at this mp level, i felt something different between the two
killing normal white mobs takes 4~6s to kill with a dualwielder but it still takes 1bell to kill with 2handers.
for elites, dual wielder takes about 15 sec to kill while it takes 3~6 bells(which takes about 3~7s ) to kill with 2handers.
overall, it feels kinda slow with dual wield while mp5/7 feels almost the same with 2handers.

Unless my reading comprehension has taken a serious hit, I'm still not sure why you'd use rising tide with a DW spec. And without SR not it's worth it to get TR. I like the testing, just trying to figure out if that's fair comparison of kill speeds.
