until they have it ready to do the hotfix they're just changing things around without shutting the servers down.

my smokescreen has been nerfed for a few games
as well as the chest

the chest will be 100% gone 24/7 as soon as they restart servers to finalize the hotfix

I'm honestly chest hunting act2 right now

From what I have seens so far:

1) Sometimes the town cellar does not spawn
2) If town cellar does spawn I normally see a nice gold chest. If not lets say 10% its a small useless chest.
3) If it is a gold chest so far I have gotten magic and rares. No uniques yet (here's hoping for some tho)
