but what if the game takes it a step fruther and say your at 8.3 frames per attack, then it would do 7 at 8 frames and 3 at 9 frames = 83 frames/10 = 8.3 frames though how it would keep track such to ensure that you get 1 9 frame attack for ever 2.33 8 frame attacks, im not sure, as you cant do .33 of an attack. per haps something like 8,8,9,8,8,9,8,8,9,8,8,8,9,8,8,9,8,8,9,8,8,8
another thing ive noticed about D3rawr is that FOT/tc is 1.45 aps for the first 2 and 1.30 for the last one. so when i go though and calculate my aps with this factor, whiel its showing me im at the 3.52 break point, ive found that
1.43 fury +1.53 butchers = 1.48 average 1.48*1.59 (asi)*1.40 (fot average) = 3.29 aps
while if i just take the attack speed of the first hit, and the aps of just my butchers sickle 1.53*1.45*1.59 = 3.52 which is the BP that d3rawr says im hitting.
so im going to have to spend some time today and look into this more in depth, like comparing more then just 3 listed break points and find out if theres a common pattern where they are all either whole numbers or .5 intigers, and maybe even recoding my monk atatcking and watch it back in slow mo, but in the meanwhile id figured id share my findings.

I really need to change to all res gear soon.
With 25 - 50% nerf with single res will faak most Monks up.

I might test my gear @mp10 on PTR w/o OWE. Last night I helped 3 random noobs throw mp6 ubers w/o OWE or Resolve, it was a quick walk, wonder how is 400all res, 200 phy res on mp10...
