Thanks to the guys discussing scoundrel equipment I got mine a Windforce and +%cold to change his old cold bow. Knockback is funny as fuck and is as previously posted in here extremely disruptive. Pretty good 2.5mil spent!
Gonna try hysteria at some point too, my wizz needs a new amulet first tho...

yeah getting attackspeed and crit chance to make hysteria actually be viable costs a bit
