hey guys, I need to re gear my monk seeing as how i miss playing on him.

my last one wasn't very effective and I was wondering if I could get some help really balancing my monk better this time around.

my budget is currently 400 mill but I still have some items left over and more in the AH to be sold. i still have quite a few gems left over as well, emeralds and such )

if anyone could help me gear this bad boy up, or have / know of one for sale... lmk!

Dropped FoT for Deadly Reach. Did a whole run in keeps without dying.
I got used to it a bit, and went from mp0 to mp1. I might upgrade some items to take on mp1 with ease.

how much dmg does your Wave of light/empowered wave do on ptr patch? i want to set myself a target.

*dmg must be unbuffed. not even using overawe.

im doing 550k-800k crit with it on mp7 act3 mobs.

Hey everyone, awesome thread, I'm not really high end but was hoping for some help with my build. I just started using d3up to see what my DPS/EHP is. I have a very small budget (19M) but want to upgrade my monk to do high mp key runs/ubers. I think my EHP is probably too low but I'm not sure. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You have 4 piece innas. TR build ?
To improve ehp, you need to break it up
Your current specs according to d3rawr
454K ehp .......... aim for 650K
3545 armour .......... over 5K
43K life .................. little more
559 res ................. 650
41.5 cc .................. 45
308 cd ..................450

Basic setup:
2 piece for 130 dex bonus
Inna helm ..... high dex, vita, double res over 100, 6cc
Inna pants .... dex, high vita, or res depends on other gear

2 piece for 7 cc bonus
nats ring ...... high avg dmg or double dex, res, cd
nats boots .... high dex , vita, res

witching hour .... dex, vita, res
VW ..... high dex, vita or life%, high double res

Blackthorne chest .... high vita, dex, double res over 130 (huge ehp boost here)

OH .... 750 to 850 with 100+ dex, vita, 80+cd, os, LS

Your glove, bracer, ammy ... good for now.
Save your gold and aim for above specs.

On a side note ..... I finally caved and got inna chest / mempo combo .... need the 9ias to hit 3.75 breakpoint
20K dmg increase
loss little bit of armour and res ..... sitting at 830K ehp
life stayed similar (really surprised here)
Finally hitting the 3.75 ias breakpoint
Gotta do some MP10 and see how it feels.
