You compare that it's the same making fun of a cancer patient vs a 100% perfectly fine human being. I gurantee you 100% of the tims the cancer patient would be left in a worse emotional state from that comment. You're already approaching someone with a heavy heart vs one who is very likely to not give a damn about what you have to say if they are fine and loving life.

Nothing justifies how you're acting right now.

Look at it from the other parties perspectice once in a while, it might change things for you.
