Everyone knew about the super secret Chinese bot sites that sold the top end gear... it doesn't mean JSP didn't know about the items existing lol

The only competitive aspect of the game before RoS was seeing who had the biggest e-Penis on 3rd party gear sites.... Every player who had money invested in the game knew what the top items were.
