You've pretty much hit a point where any upgrade is at least 10m. One thing you could do that doesn't break the bank is give up Vit on your pants for more Str.

You could also go for a os/crit EF. They're expensive but the low dps ones have stopped devaluing rapidly so I think it's a good time to buy one.

Doesn't that mean that it adds damage to any skills that do cold damage? (frost hydra, blizzard?)

I have some of the core pieces squared away, but I'm not totally happy with a few. I'm well below budget atm, but I'm playing it safe not spending too much on gear that I'm not experienced in trading. Ignore amu/rings. Rings (rare and HF) are from my CM wiz, amu is a random MF piece i had laying around in the stash. I plan on crafting Amu/Glove/Shoulder, crafted bracer would also be nice, but I may end up needing the move speed from a Lacuni in that slot as Inna's are just so weak in every other regard. Kind of regretting selling my 5.5CC/80vit lacunis in fear of crafted bracer supremacy, but if anything ill just buy back something similar for cheaper after 1.07.

ARMOR-
IK Chest - 7.9m cookie cutter IK I know...
IK belt - 6m Str/Vit + Bash %
IK boot - 2.5m meh, with IK chest + boots i get the AR bonus, maybe something better could be here? Firewalkers? Need to keep MS here. Maybe I should have got more STR here. As much as I hate Inna's, I could possibly take Ice Climbers here and then swap out the rare pants for Inna's.
Rare str/vit pants - 5.5m These will probably lose all value when 1.07 hits but wth
Mempo str/vit - 16m Okok people don't like mempos. I like the IAS and %life and should have enough crit elsewhere. I refuse to use inna's for IAS xD

WEAPONS-
rare mainhand - 30m. Doesn't have CD, but str/vit sock and high weap dmg. Might have been a bad move price wise, but should be pretty nice for tornado ticks.
EF oh - 4m Str would be nice here isntead of Int, but i'd be looking at dropping another 30m here.

Can you help me figure out what weapons i should buy, what breakpoints i should aim for, with and without WoTB (my WoTB uptime ain't 100%, it's more like 60% in low mp's). I also need to know how much HP i should aim for. I currently have a small budget of about 40m, alot more if i sell my current weapons.

Nope, it adds 5% dmg from the black DMG on your weapon, and apparantly gives a snare effect on hit.

TBoner what if your forced to get a .22 ef? whats the attack speed needed to break 2.51

What's top 7 stats in order of importance for barb to look for on all gear?

Like example

1- str
2- critical chance
3- critical hit
3- vita
5- all res

etc etc
