I have a budget of 20mil for upgrades.

I was away from d3 for a long time but returned 3 weeks ago. With my 10m igg i geared myself following the 1.0.6 Tempest Rush Monk by Sherkas.

MP0 paragoning since then, i moved away from an skorn TR build and gear to a DW setup. I expect to increase MP for key farming and ubers, because i really need a hellfire ring for my paragoning needs.

Cc is the most important stat to a monk.
every crit makes a nado according to the proc.rate.

Nados make crits making more.nados according to proc rate.

1/10 is great for sheet dps but actual dps is another story.

Make more.nados, sheet dmh means shit.

i dont think nados can proc nados.

nados can't proc nados.

and for budget monks like this, i don't think it matters much anyway.
