where you do it? normal / nm xxx / inf?? ... its not working for me, im below 10 % but i dont get xp

it is working fine. it is important all the hits to be below 10% to get full benefit. For example when the poison erupts, you are at 7% and your health lowers to 4%. Then you regen back to 7% and then back to 4%.
Some fine tuning is required to adjust it, at least items needed are very cheap
