Much like goblin runs, 10 people prepare elite packs for him, once ready, he joins, kill packs, joins another, kill, join etc.

It's all about efficiency. Maybe he has found something that majority has not.
No need to tell exploit etc. Various exploits have been well known and used before, until it get fixed.

Imo, there is no way afk leveling can beat a manual a3 inferno arreat runs in terms of speed.

Someone on reddit did the math and with his leoric signet he uses + the normal gg gear he uses, he would have to play about ~13 hours a day since 1.0.4 was released to get to his current level. So if he's just raping act 3 in geared ww barb style for 13 hours a day then there's really nothing to explain.
