Nope just stupid, even Kripparrian dies.

Just tried it, but not with the Heal rune, because that's useless, but with the stun rune.
That's just too OP since you stunlock all bosses with it or elite packs, and each crit gives me a 200k+ hit.
As a WW barb, this is pretty fun I'd say.
