I've been using a similar build before discovering this. I'll probably stick with what I have but I like your build also. Mine was inspired by the Double Tornado build when I first saw that guy effectively use Run Like The Wind. Here is mine.
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#fSPUki!hZY!ZcZZcYI have very average gear though. DPS is only about 18k, life is 42k. I literally have no +attack speed modifiers, but my Crit chance is about 45 from gear alone. My belt is -4 wpn throw, but with +58 all res and +str (bought it like a month ago for really cheap). I've been looking for a -5 but I don't have 10mil to spend on one and keep my str. I use a sword to get back the +15% damage I lose from Into the Fray. I use ricochet because I kill mobs really fast (+30% damage from mighty throw to single target < attacking 3 targets at once) and I use Run Like the Wind mostly for bosses (although I'm not quite finished with A2 yet), not to mention infinite fury generation. Literally for butcher kills I just run around him for 1 minute and he dies by tornado. I also go with a sword and shield, because I like the extra armor (I can survive 3-4 hits in A2 from almost anything) and the extra +7 crit chance (only 7 yes, but I bought this shield with +60 all res, + str, +10% life, and the 7 crit for only 300k!!!!). My wpn has +299 LoH and +60 crit damage, but only 780 dps. I would have way better gear but I work 40 hours a week and have a wife and 2 kids so I don't get to play all that much. I'm trying to save up about 20 mil before I gear up again, and I'm currently only at 2.5 mil.
I really like Furious Charge with Dreadnaught for this build for several reasons. One, it does great damage. Two, it does great fury generation. Three, it does great healing. Four, it's a great "getaway" move, and you can combine it with Run Like the Wind and leave tornadoes in your path. It's simply amazing.
I like Unforgiving because I'm lazy and would rather just always have fury then have to generate it every battle, and I don't feel like I"m missing out on anything because the passives with this build are pretty free.
Also I've honestly been thinking about switching out Wrath of the Berserker. I've used Ground Stomp in place, and didn't care too much for it. I've also tried Call of the Ancients with the +5 second rune, and didn't like it much either. I'll probably just stick with Wrath though lol.
EDIT: Also wanted to ask you why you use the Templar and not the Enchantress. Seems like her skills compliment a barb much better. Even in a ranged build. She has +armor and +AS passives, has a knockback move which I find is insanely usefull for this type of ranged build, and has an excellent AoE skill which does decent damage. What can the Templar do that's even close?
Your build is fine, I just feel like the one I use at the moment (with only 1 floating slot for whatever escape you want) works fine, and since I'm only dedicating 1 slot to defense I can dps much more.
As for the templar, I honestly don't care too much about followers.. Enchantress is good I remember using her when I was tanking. The templar has the knock back from the charge and heals, It does the job for me but I could see using any of them really. Enchantress is probably the best one if you have ideal gear.
