It's that it was found in the first like 2 weeks of the game.

Currently it's just another garbage <5mil belt.

very low str for a belt, makes it not useable. Belts get higher str affix just like boots and gloves get higher dex affix and helms get higher int affix. A trophy belt with these affixes should have the values more like 240/90/77/215armor, and thats only 5 affixes.
