I know there was a weapon similar to this one posted before. It had 1.1k dps with vit/dex IAS and 815ish LoH.

The posted weapon is mine and I want to upgrade to something better... DPS is too low for my gears. ( 1735dex, 1625vit )

room for improvment but is very nice.

But yes D3 has no ladder. This means there will be some amazing rares on the market in a few months time
