just dueled this random monk with tal's chest.

i got him for 5-2. then he starts to saying how i'm the least geared monk to kill him or something. and he started to coming up with so many little excuses that something like oh i'm trying to test out my non-sss build. im doing a 5 skill only challenge. my NDE isn't working properly.

i blocked him. god these kids are very annoying. he actually had some nice gears too.

65M for 140 vita & 9ias is pretty good.

I paid 210M for my 97 dex- 177 vita - 9 ias
Sold my 100 - 182 - 8 ... for 145M





Thats a nice EF you found. I found mine, too .... back in around plvl 30 .... and still using it today.
Nats boots and VW with high dex are very pricey.
RE: Tri gloves / ammy ... unless you can reach the next ias breakpoint ...
Just go with cc / cd / res / high dex or vita instead on gloves, and high avg dmg on ammy.

Yesterday, I was playing with some higher end DH, WD, Wiz
Couldn't reload my tanky build in PTR (75K life, 133K dmg, 1.6M Ehp) really wanted to try this build to see if 133K dmg is enough
I was still using my speed/dmg build (53K life, 201K dmg, 750K Ehp)

DH (250 - 300K dmg) : once I namelocked them ... its basically serenity, FoT, Bell or two does the job
Maybe I haven't played a really good DH yet.

Wiz (250 - 300K dmg) : hard to namelock, cuz I am chasing them then one wiz becomes 4 wizs, not hard to kill
Irritating skills from wiz: kulle like bubble and that lightening DOT skill (don't know what it is, I dont play wiz)

WD (200K): not hard to kill once I catch them and serenity not on cooldown.
Hate their slow spiders, haunt and pig. Haunt is super nasty.
I can only out heal about 50% of them. Hopefully my tanky build can do better.

Sorry for this noobish question but what are the ias breapoints ?

You're saying that I should go on gloves 9+cc/45+cd/150dex/150vita/cold res and AvDmg/8cc/80cd/dex/vita amu ?

Basically, yes and buy within your budget ... Tri items are expensive.

Hit the skill damage tab ... then breakpoints.
It tells you how many ias you are away from your next breakpoint.

Just buy items within your budget.

i need some help

i practically have no idea how could i significantly increase my dps (except for spending the money i dont have on buying better amu)

im thinking about nat ring+boots combo, which is minimum 70m for i-dont-know-if-any dps increase

what can i do in short-term?
what shall i aim in long-term?

So it's either 3% or 11% ias for me to break it with my actual gear. Maybe I should try to buy some gloves and get a ring with ias to get 11 ias more. Thx for the info !

Edit : do you think I should change my EF 1023 dps (600-800) 200 dex / 50 vita / os to a 1189 one (578-1053) with 150 vita/ 150 dex / os for 90m ? Or should the Ef be changed after the improvment of the other pieces, so that the dmg bump could be more useful ?

i own that sword on second picture, im wondering if switching to won would be worth it ( i lose only 10k sheet dps ), but since this will take awhile till i gather gold to buy simillar won, my question is, is it worth it ?:P
