It's more to be safe, 25% isn't needed but it helps A LOT, you can get your distance quicker firing off more shots and killing things faster instead of run fire run fire run fire

May i ask the wizzy community for some advice as to how to progress my character in terms of gear and itemization. After the patch im really lost as to what I should be focusing on. (Crit % / dmg Vs. Straight up intel stacking, etc etc). I was hoping some of you pros out there could look over my character and provide some general advice as to which items I should be replacing. maybe buy a weapon with same dps and an open socket
put a star+ emerald in the socket for more crit dmg --> more dmg

I dont like how this is written not like a guide but by some blizz advertising rep. Please keep guides simple and easy to understand so that we may use them as they were intended. A guide. Not some D3 spinoff text, but a guide.
