Item-wise, I would say you would get the biggest dps boosts if you switch the helm to an Andys or CC Mempo, higher dps Manti, nats ring with CC, getting similar ammy-ring with CD, and switching belt to witching hour. Otherwise, smaller dps boosts would come from getting more dex on the other items like shoulders, armor and boots.
Regarding the belt and helm switch, if you're set on keeping the almost-full nat set then you can't rly make the switch without losing the Nats/Innas set bonus. I use Innas armor+pants then just nats boots+ring.
Considering you have a massive pool of disc, your skill setup is probably fine but I've hardly ever used any disc skills except shadow power so if you make the item switches then you'd likely have to make some skill changes so you're not running out of disc since you won't have those +max disc bonuses at every battle.

Hey Everyone, Here Is My DH http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Just1c3-1742/hero/3085532I Am Wondering Whether A 1x Ruby/1x Emerald Combination Would Be Better For My DH And Manticore Than Rocking A 2x Emerald Combination
Although I Receive Approximately 7k DPS More With The Ruby/Emerald Combo, I Am Wondering If Losing The 100% CD Is Worth The Extra Damage From The Ruby?
Thanks Guys I've been told that the better combo is ruby+emerald. Probably allows for more versatility if your CC isn't as high as it should be. Your profile also doesn't show any items except for a few random ones on diff chars.

can someone link their current dh build, im switchin back from ww barb

This is me right now but I'm still twinking it a little:
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/AngryLink-1921/hero/7755803I find that ball lightning is just plain better for massive mobs of trash but RF is much better for the elites so I'm gonna try switching out sentry for RF for the elite kills. If I don't like that, I might switch back to my old setup with rain of vengeance-beastly bombs in place of RF/sentry. I've also never tried the spike trap-echoing blast so I might check that out. Like I said, still twinking.

I meant to say rapid fire -
bombardment
It's probably just me but I really don't like that bombardment lol, feels like such a waste of time waiting for the bombs to go over the arc to land and then if the enemies start moving, you'd probably waste more hatred trying to lead the target/hit them and be better off waiting for them to stop moving and shoot again. The only real advantage I find from it is that it has a small AOE but otherwise, I'm much more partial to the one that shoots homing rockets.
