and yes you hit 2.5 with your axe but you shouldnt be hitting 2.5 with a .21 EF and 35% ias.. maybe you are using enchantress? which you shouldnt be, scoundrel is best
1.41 base speed * 1.75 = 2.467
1.43 base speed * 1.75 = 2.5025
this is why you want at least a .23 echo fury
u are correct... without my enchantress with ef i hit 2.47 so I am using my axe as the mh.
As for the scroundrel.... which skills are best for a barb...
I have:
crippling shot so I can run up and smash the slow pokes
dirty fighting/vanish.... which is best is it vanish cause he survives? or is it better to blind his targets so I can smash them?
power shot/multi shot not sure which is best here for a baba
hysteria/ananomy which is best here? the crit by 3 or the increase damage by 10%
which would work best for a baba?
