New crafted items will be BiS for rare slots. It will be debatable for ledge/set slots though.

They said it's a random world drop, and 50% drop from all the other bosses.

Jet, why you want crafted over Inna pants? ias +1% crit + 130 dex bonus for set... gonna be hard to beat that, ever.

Well since there are 2 bosses per act, probably still makes sense to kill both after nv5. Cydea it is...

Maybe craft a few to see what kind of stats are on them... hope random stats include ias & crit ?
But gloves, wrists, amulet for sure.
Helm may be interesting .... almost bought Mempo & innas chest this morning... just gonna to hold off for now.

i just did some thinkin ... i dont think CC or ias will be on the craftable pants or helms ... when guys craft the ilvl62 current stuff, ias and cc arent able to be put on helms or pants. But that might change hopefully? Cant say until ptr i guess or when official 1.07 exact patch notes come out from a blue on more info.

dashing strike/any rune, fot/tc, moc/overawe, crip wave/concussion, serenity/either the reflect dmg one or ascension, i guess sweeping wind for the last one, all depends on how easily its up and spitting out tornados.

blinding flash might work out better then sweeping winds.
