You stay in molten, vortex, arcane snake champ packs in act 2 inferno with 420@res and u stay alive + killing ease?
I bet no ^^

(Unless u got an amazing 1h weapon with insane LoH which it means u just blow them up before they can do something and u play alone to make monsters easier)

I'm running around with 600@ res and i cant stand in molten more than 3 sec consecutive

hey guys i've been reading the post, the last pages at least, and im gonna post my stats&gear so u can help me.
atm i can clear a2 without much trouble except certain elite packs, u know which ones.
but in a3 i die in 2/3 hits and dont do enough dmg.
overall i think im on the right path but i need a bit more of everything. like +200 dex, more loh, a bit more ias, some critic chance, maybe a bit more resistances... but, looking at stats what should i aim first? dex? loh? and which item would u upgrade first?

With 496 @res, 7,1k armor, 22k dps, 2,61 AS and 750 LoH i got no problem doing so in A2. Only Desecrator is melting my hp like crazy. Anyway, why would you stand in there if you cant' tank it?

I'm right before Azmodan with 46k hp, 496@res, 7,1k armor. A3 was not as hard as people say, apart from some crazy champions with dumb affixes combos.

anyway... hell u have 1.5k more than my armor (-100 @res), 200+ LoH and 9k dps more than me, i bet u can clean it easy!
also i got -10kHP compared to urs.
(do u use MoE with hard target for that armor rate? i'm using MoC with Overawe cause i play with a wizzy buddy all the time)

which one of these has better damage output for Monk?



second question: If I have 1573 Dex, how much damage do I do with 1000 DSP claw? 1.40 Speed?

attack speed gloves give more dps, atleast for now before they nerf it.
atleast for me that amount of dex would give a bit over 1k dps while the attack speed over 2k.

I noticed that a majority of you don't use the mystic ally skill, is there any specific reason as to why this is?
I always use an earth ally, she's amazing at tanking damage + gives me 10% more life

MoE + hard target yeah :)
Even in team i prefer this setup to MoC in A3 so i can kite pretty safely and control mob with Earth ally + blinding flash + serinity while they're killing stuff ;)

i see, i had to switch to MoC cause it was just too long killing... maybe when i'll buy a decent weap 850+ DPS i'll go back to MoE too)
I prefer breath of heaven (i also heal friends) with dmg buff over the earth ally, it dies too much
