I wouldn't be so optimistic here.. I mean, zombie bears? hello? This skill outdamages everything in wd arsenal big time, it is not very balanced. Sure it has some flaws, but pretty much every single well geared wd uses this, and it is just best skill.

Homunculus + sacrifice dogs is an option as is high dps acid cloud. With top gear,
I dont think the bears build is the absolute fastest/most efficient.

Personally I still play the Poison Dart build simply because I effing hate Zombie Bears.
I'm currently running with this:
