What IAS will I need for perma wrath -> I got 2.0732 at the moment, just in the 2.00001-2.22222 aps - 9 frames per tick - 6.67 ticks per second - 20 ticks.
Will this be enough or do I need to step up to 2.22223-2.50000 aps - 8 frames per tick - 7.50 ticks per second - 23 ticks?

I farm hardcore, I am still buying some items, got inna pants 9% (rather not use them I got blackthorn set bonus + alot of vit on pants), lacuni 9%.
So if 2.0732 is not enough I can switch to 2.223304 BUT I will lose alot of health in the process, this is not what I want in hardcore

Did some testing yesterday, I can't seem to keep my WoTb up at ALL times...
My IAS is only 2.02 atm because I changed to buriza scoundrel, this is still in the 2.00001-2.22222 breakpoint.
Ive played on MP4 yesterday instead of MP3 (Hardcore) but this seems risky, if I drop or rubberband I can die vs strong elites, small chance but there is a chance..
I can twink my items a bit and remove my +xp gem in helmet to make it safe but STILL even if creeps die less fast and elites take 20sec+ to kill I can't keep WoTb up..

What am I doing wrong, what can i do different, upping my IAS is what I try to do by crafting a new amulet but no luck so far...
Inna pants make me drop way to much healthwise so this is no option at the moment..

you will be completely safe with 70k life... you can get inna with base vit if it's within your budget.
This will improve your ias BP making you gain more fury, which in turn will make you rubberband less, which in turn will make your gameplay safer.

I have INNA with 100 vit, still drops me ~14k because my current have 170 vit AND i lose the 100 vit set bonus...
70K on mp4 hardcore is not safe, even if i have ~800 ALRES>
