certainly, it affects every class heavily... some classes it affects their massive DPS heavily...
other classes it affects their ability to simply survive better (ie monks)...

overall its 100% a stupid nerf.

Hm. Lost 15k on-screen dps. Not bad, I suppose. Act 3 seems easier, too.

So, anyone else noticed that force weapon is nerfed? It only give a flat increase on DPS as opposed to increased weapon damage now. :/

Was wondering the same. When is 7% IAS on a ring more important than it's worth in int/crit?



Not nerfed, just fixed the dmg it was "showing" wrong"
