OK GUYS I NEED HELP !
I have read plenty pages of this thread but there are to many and i couldn't find answers to following questions:
1. I have echoing fury (+0.23 aps => 1.43 aps total for EF). I have mace with 11%IAS which make it at 1.33 aps total. My total attack speed or w/e is it called that i can see in my character ("DETAILS") pane 1.89.
When i switch EF from main hand, to offhand my total attack speed on that same pane jumps to 2.06 - MY QUESTION => WHY IS THAT and how i calculate that thing, and what is importance of that APS in that pane for WW build.
just shift+attack while in town. it will switch between your main and offhand aps in your "details" tab. should be the same two numbers regardless of whether you have your ef in main or offhand.2. Am i right with this => Tornado DMG come from MAIN hand DMG, and tornado TICK SPEED from offhand?
yes and no. dmg comes from mainhand dps, but tornado ticks depend on which hand you cast them with. during battle it switches all the time, so ~50% tick with the speed of each hand.3. Why does my total attack speed doesnt change when i keep EF in my main hand and put faster weapons like swords or dagger with 1.4 or 1.5 aps? (even ones with %IAS dont change total aps).
because offhand aps do not affect mainhand aps (with the exception of the +.2x attacks on ef). 50% of your tornados will tick faster though4. Does EF +0.2x aps increase other weapon APS regardles in which slot is which wep.

5. Which FORMULA give me APS on that chart written on first page for calculating breakpoints, and how it works? and is it important keeping EF in desired slot (MH/OH) or it doesnt matter?
i read it somewhere but i don't know it any more^^
just use calculators like sssdrawr to see your exact aps for each hand.
you want the weapon with more raw damage in your mainhand (xxx-xxxx damage, not damage per second). it is also better to put your ef in your offhand to proc fear less oftenCan someone explain this to me PLEASE :((((
