yes it is much more difficult , tested it reflect dmg is horrible...since armor and resitances got nerfed , but the resitances only drop a few , the armor drop is quite heavy

if u plan to play an archon built u need lifeleech

if u plan to play a cm built with frostnova and loh on gear it shouldnt be a prob


the only viable built in my opinion for mp lvl above 8 is a cm built in any case , archon is useless there except u have 1million dps

how much apoc do you reckon we'll need for CM?

i won't ever be farming anything too difficult anyway, but just out of curiosity

kinda bummed about this, trying to figure out how to stay survivable and keep my crit + socket echoing fury.....may have to trade it out for a rare weap but I havent even seen a rare with the stats/dps I'd want on the ah in weeks.

i have 9 apoc currently , but im a considering to buy a semi useful weapon for switching when i start farming keys on mp 10 or something

a wand with socket apoc and life on hit, will be less dps then my current waepon i guess but cm built is a must for mp 10 , no chance with archon

tested a cm built with lifeleech , it kinda works on mp 10 but liferegaining could be better and some more res armor (vileward + Ar pants <--- next target)


farming keys with archon on lower lvls except mp 10 is a pain in the ass , with all those nv killing before u can actually kill the keywarden.


Pretty stupid dropmechanics from blizzard in my opinion. Not to mention that groupplay is almost mandatory , when u want to farm the organ sets , which is cleary the most effective way if u do it with 3 guys and 3 machines

i play my cm/ww wizard with ~900 loh, which is absolutely sufficient imo.

i guess less is ok also, but i just like to be on the safe side and have a good replenishment

i have some ideas, not all are perfect but i think

archon should do slightly less dps, with a little longer duration and shorter cooldown
the primary attack arcane blast should knockback enemies, or at least have a chance for knocking back all enemies
cm should work on proccing archon cooldown during its duration, low proc rate to be fair?

just some thoughts so archon doesnt die with patch

Archon uptime/cooldown/amount of cooldown a dead mob gives should scale with the MP level.

If CM builds are the only thing that's gonna be viable in MP10 then it's fucking stupid. I already have mild carpal tunnel. I couldn't run one of those builds if I wanted to.
