And your next upgrades should be a Vile Ward with +170dex/+70vital/+110 stacked resist.

Then a new left ring. Stats should something like this +20-30 average dmg / +50dex and/or vital / +4 crit chance / +7 attack speed.  loh/armor/life%/your res are all good bonus. Just try to get the best deal as possible.

Your ehp stats are pretty good except for the armor. You should just focus on getting your dmg up as much as possible from now on.

I can help you out later tonight. Don't buy stuff yet.

And don't use transcendance passive. Use either one of these Resolve/Beacon of Ytar/Fleet Footed for now. I recommend Resolve as your ehp is low as well.

You will have to change out a lot of gears. Your dex/cc/cd/as are all very low.

But don't worry, I think 300mil can get you +130k dmg / +600 ehp.
