Core stairs = highest legendary drop rate.
I've found like 15+ there in the past week playing monk. First elite/goblin ( If doing alk route )

lol so far ive found a stormshield a sever windforce and vile ward and thats it since i statred inferno haha awesome thread loving it

unfortunately not much time to play these days
