Works, killed Ghom, Made it past the first heart on the way to Cydia, died to huge fat dudes (forget the name) end of fun, only found 1 63 rare had 5 stacks for a good 10-15 champ packs

It does. So far, I've had it work on Ghom and Cydaea.

Even better with the stun rune, all monsters stunned (with ww barb)

my barb doesn't even have the gear to farm effective even with 8% LS
