I'm going to try this with my wiazrd in nm, some gold is better than nothing amirite?

I found what also helps is if you have indestructible gear, otherwise your gear will eventually break and cause you to die. With DH, I like to use fan of knives with retaliate (tape #1 button down :P ) and use the ferrets to pick up gold.

Yes. I've been uysing gas grenades with an indestructable weapon, and weighing down the button. Ferrets do all the work. I went home for lunch today and checked, so far 15 hours of continuous afk farming, no disconnect because I guess I'm attacking. Once I sell the drops I'll post to how much I acquired.

True, I'm at around 200% GF with 3000 life on kill, most of my armor is indestructible and the cooldown on the fan of knives with retaliate rune is just enough to go off once per spawn. And my fan of knives one shots the mobs, but I'm only in hell. I haven't try inferno yet, but will probably try to set it up tonight. I've only experimented with this a few days every morning for 5-10 minutes before I leave for work. It's unfortunate that I can't get indestructible rings, but a work around might be to farm 5 stacks of NV first before the AFK fest begins. Unfortunately I don't really have time for that in the morning.

ok, can anyone if you post some results of your gold farming?
i cant seem to make enough gold, im at 190gf currently and i dont see how people get "340-400k" per hour

its from 341k to 401k = 60k.

Yeah, that amount is totally false. I think a safe number of dropped gold is about 200-500/minute up to hell. Inferno results pending. That's my take anyways.
