i see, did a bit of testing with them when i found them on live and didn't feel a noticeable difference in my dps output.. haven't played any dh on ptr though.

its not 2.1 so this is pretty irrelevant right now... but yes in 2.1 you will either use WH or the cooldown belt

youre gaining 1 armor per dex... soooo for me, i get 8500 armor... lol that is MORE than enough to make up for the toughness loss IMO
