not really so much complaining as just stating an obvious facts, theres really only a few options that i can see to remedey this:
1.Place a cap on rep life for ALL CHARACTERS
2.Maybe use a higher tear gem in the weapons( but this could cause a whole nother issue as well)
3. Start banning certain skills, or limiting the amount of cc u can have in a build( not a fan of this one)
Trying to come up with some GM rules in d3 is going to be very hard as you have to try and be fair to every character type, as well as keep in mind that gear WILL play a large role.Even tho we are all AWARE that certain skills are just op, we cant just go around banning skills either.
im really at a loss as to where to go from here. ive won and lost duels against all character types.And i can gaurantee you that no one enjoys being stunned/feared/frozen or whatever for 80% of a fight.and i think im decently geared compared to most people.
but these are always the most efficent builds xD.

im rdy to start capping and banning certain things, but im afraid people would perceive this as massively invasive. if it was just me though, id ban all of the life regen% (barb, dh and wd), cap regen at 30, restrict wd cc by 1 (either use hex or fear, not both) and MAYBE allow 1 or 2 higher tier of ruby in the weapon to make duels faster. in my opinion that would balance the entirety of lld but i can see why some people might disagree with those changes by alot.
imo lld should about who has the best reactive skills (being able to smoke screen / teleport / spirit walk right when a monk 7-strikes you), not about who can run the most to mitigate his 150 life regen or which dh can sit the most in his traps.
