I have a 50m budget and increasing it everyday, can anyone tell me what I should upgrade next.

Nicely built barb. I would say save up for a nicer IK chest with 200+ vit, because that will give you more flexibility when upgrading your other pieces. You have a ton of vit on a few pieces, like shoulders and boots, that when you try to upgrade them (by upgrade, I mean DPS stats), you will have to trade off some of that nice vit for str, or it will cost you too much gold. Adding a nice chunk of vit from your chest will give you cheaper options without gimping your health. Also look at upping your star gems - at this stage, upgrades cost 50m+ for a gain of 60 str, or some other moderate dps stat gains; upgrading all of your gems to perfect star will only cost ~6m per gem and give you 8 str per, which isn't a bad ratio.

axe with echo doesnt work? ihave axe and echo ofhand. shoud i change my axe to mace or use low dps dagger?

Axe works best with EF when it has 8% or more ias on it, giving it at least 1.40 attack speed. A normal 1.30 axe doesn't sync well with echo, either leaving your EF short of a breakpoint or your axe above its breakpoint. Not a deal breaker, but since axes have lower average dmg, you gotta have a really nice axe to justify using one. This obviously assumes you're beyond a budget build and have an echo that is good. On a bare budget, 1.30 axe/1.50 dagger is probably more cost effective for the relative dps.

You want 33% ias to hit 2.50 bp, so you'll need 15% ias from gloves and [ring or inna's pants]. your ik gloves are bad, and your hellfire is worse. after that, your lacunis and amulet need some love. btw, tough as nails will give you more armor than nerves of steel unless you have 1300+ vit.


Your lacunis. also, why wear a cold soj when you don't use echoing? if it's just for the bonus to elites, it's not worth it imo.


Your barb has several issues, all different, but all linked to the crappy legendaries you're wearing.

Problem 1: Low vit, AR, armor, raped by fire.

Solution: Get a non-crit mempo. It'll give you 70-80 AR, 10-12% life, and most importantly, get rid of that 17% more fire damage taken prop. If you're going to use Andy's, you must get one with 5-6% fire dmg taken.

Solution: Your inna's pants and IC both need work. Either swap to good rare pants (search for: 60 str/200 vit/50 AR/armor/2 os) and IK boots or get better versions. The rare pants/IK boots path is cheaper by a lot.

Problem 2: 2.50/2.47 breakpoints.

Solution: Get a mace without ias. Your mace's damage is also crap. Get one with at least 775 average damage. Once you have that, you'll need some more ias. Depending on if you kept inna's pants or not, you'll need 6-15%. Your IK gloves are crap, get rares with str/8+ ias/8+ cc/[vit or AR] and get some ias on a ring (if needed).

Don't get ias on amulet. You want cc/chd since the chd can roll up to 100 while ias is stuck at 9%. Pickup radius is nice, but it's a luxury stat that's a nice 6th prop on an item. You can afford to drop it.
