yeah

as long as the weapon does not overwrite the cold damage <-- so you can't use another elemental weapon on scoundrel

windforce is physical so yeah.

Well it does slow. But the question is if the cold blooded mechanic works from ANY cold. And if the follower slow counts as a slow.
I'm not good with numbers but I know some people here are great at figuring this stuff out really fast. I mean a 20% difference in damage should be easily noticable. Anyone care to take 15 mins of their time to test it?

Cause it's not expensive at all. No need for a windforce and soj if you can just use a junk 10k bow with cold dmg?

I'm talking about the 20% damage increase on a low budget char. Buying 2 legendary for your follower isn't in everyones budget.
Hence my question: Does it work with a cold-dmg weapon? Could someone test it for us?

Have YOU tested it? If not, can you link me a thread where someone tested it and supplys some numbers?

I just had to click through alot of diabloprogress profiles to find one with cold blooded. I'd assume if something as huge as this (20% free dmg increase) would work EVERYONE and EVERY BUILD would use it.

Hence my question: Has anyone tested it?
