also why do you still use war cry?

Dunno what to switch war cry for(overpower..?) + it still gives me a pretty nice boost

Working on a throw barb, which is a lot fo fun, but I am unclear on AS BP and wanted to know what they were.

well if you are feeling unsafe without war cry go for rend bloodlust or overpower crushing advance

The faster you attack, the better you will be. I belive there is no bp for throw.

I've looked up the most used gear to get a grasp on what gear will easily start me off, just have a few questions.

What stats should I be looking for on the legendaries and set items.

I have around 1B to work with atm, absolutely no gear on my barb

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Or should I just buy some garbage gear and wait for the new patch to drop?

I am new. I am wondering if anyone has a good build that can be made with about 250m.

I'm no barb expert but I think you can run mp7-8 barb with 300m or so, assuming you will craft bracer/amu
