Hands down would replace the off hand. Mine is pretty good and it didnt cost much.  You might also want to consider a 2  hander with lifesteal base crit socket and high int or something similar as itll make your dps skyrocket even more.

As for your build id honestly use 3 zombie dogs with the leech than the 1 gargantuan that enrages for only 15 seconds every 2 minutes. They live longer than the gargantuan not sure about dps though since its 3 vs 4.

Yeah jut looked at your high crit hit damage and since you use bears  if you switch to a 2 hander with 3-6 percent life steal you wont need LOH on it. Those 200-300k crits will heal you right up. Is that thorns build working for you? Like does it actually get much damage in since your bears should be hitting really hard? Id also try and find some rings with crit if you can. Does the regen help you a lot?

Thats equivalent to a 1700-1750 dps weapon with 300 crit damage (100 gem) plus the other stats on it. I dont think there is a source + mainhand combination that can honestly beat that even rolled near perfect. Maybe some of the new legendaries but mojos are still only going to 410 or so damage top end.
