they could take preventative measures without making it p2p

i'll like to see Blizzard making an in-game market where you can trade your selffound stuff for "currency" not found in game. And have blizzard sell that currency to players. That way, the people that want are too lazy to play the game can just pay for their items. Blizzard makes some money for the support, trading of items will be easy and in game (just put it on the market and the next day check if it sold) and blizzard will actively monitor the store for suspecious transactions as now the people wanting to make money on the game actually touch blizzards income.
