You have a few issues that you should correct:

Here's generally how to correct them within your budget:
1) Find some more vit, while preserving key dps stats, in order of least to most expensive, on jewelry, gloves, boots, pants, bracers
2) Ditto with AR, on shoulders (definite upgrade needed here), gloves, jewelry, bracers
3) With the above two in mind, ditch your gloves for a 8+ ias/8+ cc/str/(vit or AR) gloves. You have 8 + 8 + 9 = 25% ias, so you need 8% more to hit 2.50 bp with your .25 EF.
4) Get a new MH mace that has at least 800 avg dmg, str, chd, socket. Upgrade some other gear before you do the MH since it has 167 vit that you are relying on. Vit on weapons is a nice bonus, but if you're relying on it to hit even minimum acceptable standards, it makes upgrading difficult and expensive.
p.s. if you're going to use a hellfire, make sure it doesn't suck. (yours sucks)
