My monk is totall crap.. i want to play higher MP, but only have 48 mil available for upgrades.. what should i do first?

See if you can find a belt with dex and try to keep the all res, not sure how expensive that is though

Craft shoulder
Higher dex nats boots (you don't have to have vital on this. that can make the boots much cheaper)

Could definitely be better, but try 50 shoulders first.
