i have no idea why you try to defend this game in a subforum where everyone hates d3

look at the statistics.. the game community severely dropped off only a month after its release because it was a fail. it had a lot of live up to after all it had enough time to be developed and thats the only reason why it even sold as many copies as it did
the character diversity is shit. no creativity when you build a character what so ever
the entire story is shit ( not that anyone played diablo for a story lets be honest)
the itemization is utter trash( one of the biggest offsets)

the original head dev had an all rts background.
RoS released and some users gave it a second chance because it was a diablo game. turns out it was still trash
they give you seasons and a few new legendary items as new content like lol?
their only content are rifts and thats just the same shit that scales higher each time
non existant community because there is no trading .. fundamental part of the diablo series
theyre adopting all of the shitty pleb characteristics WoW is using which has also caused a massive decline in their game (example individual loot .. lol guess kids couldnt handle seeing an item drop and someone else getting it)

when there was no ros and ppl was running in rare stuff inferno was almost unbeatable lol u dont know this game if u dont remember classic inferno

I would buy it if you are a Diablo fan, but play it alone, walk the game, experience it the way it's supposed to be played. Reading the lore and leveling up by yourself. I loved it but it does get boring fast.

I bought the game at midnight release and played until paragon levels came out. I think I got to Paragon 46. I played again back in September and there was a shit load of changes and it got me interested again. I solo'd the game until I beat it and then I set out to reach the highest paragon. I think I played for a solid month and then got tired of the same grind. But I will definitely be playing once the new season starts. I think it's a great game.

BTW Chrono Trigger is one of the best RPG's of all time. So many different endings!

Play legit.no mass free gems/modded/or anything altered from blizzards expectations its good.now days with a lower price its worth it.technology is what ruins games with botting ect.If D3 was pc only then the game would be "better" to most.got 1k-1.5k hours in it and still find myself grinding for that 100% perfect loot.get it imo.

D3 is way more hardcore than d2 in the end..

I love d2 alot, but when you get geared, then there is no difficult content left.. So thats a huge problem while d3 keeps going up in difficulty with grs to a point where everything one shots you.

Problem with d3 in my eyes atm.. High ranking on the leaderboard requires you to paragon lvl everyday atleast 4-5 hours and there is nothing more boring than farming xp for hours..

Its easier to get into d3 and learn the basics compared to being new in d2.
But endgame content is harder in d3 than d2 has ever been..

Everyone here that has played d2 for years knows that you can build a really cheap smite and do UT in around 1 minute and you fairly easy can get a char that can solo everything in hell (This leaves no content left and the game just dies for many people)

D3 is an endless grind for gear and paragon lvls.. You have to go into d3 with that mindset since no one can sell you the gear you need like in d2 and you actully have to work for gear (D2 players: Oh no the game requires me to play.. This sucks)

ppl have a "unknown,false,wrong" nostalgia of d2

trade was aweful, unless via forums
PVP was aweful, unless via forums
endgame was non-existant, unless no-xpac and via forums

D2 was a pure forum game, the only reason its not a brower games its to allow ppl to hack/bot more.

Whoever say pub pvp, pub trade and "pub end game" was fun is a total ignorant and fucktard, prolly never played a single game in new ladder until he could get a rush to act5 baal.


edit : playin new ladder and geting stuck to ancient hell doesnt count as been a "pro" d2 player.

and dying in HC wasnt big deal, freidn could bring back gear, and dying once at 95 was worthin the xp from 1 to 90.
