After like paragon 500+ we usually get bored and stopped playing actively until we completely stopped and wait for new season.

Add some damn pvp content because the shit they have now im not even sure what it is. Make it so you can hostile players and have separate party's in a game. Have pvp gear AND pvm gear like on wow. Cap the level at like 1000 and give the players some kind of tag or some shit for getting over 1k.
