Edit: I believe in D3: 60 fps = 1 second
Edit2: On second thought I have to admit that the Sentries' internal cooldowns make the breakpoints less important. So probably crossbows are in favor :p


yeah, your 5 sentries have nothing to do with your attack speed. their damage is still whats most important for the build.

the resource management on a 1h crossbow is also a lot worse than a 2h, as you have to dump more CA's to do equivalent damage, and the sentry setup is very resource dependent.

my math isn't perfect btw. the 10m vs. 14m is just a vague example. the difference in avg damage between a 1h xbow and 2h xbow usually ends up being larger than that, making the 1h more pointless.

I've got sets for fire and physical and my clear times are always better as fire.

been playing with one, invested most of my time in gettin physical% items, but still couldnt deliver enough damage even with the pet's addition

Look. It's okay to admit when you're wrong. Yes physical has better aoe. But also slower clear times compared to fire. The difference is even larger in group play.

The trash mobs don't live long enough for the extra aoe to out do the much higher single target/small group damage of fire.

I'm not saying physical is bad. They are actually very close. Well rolled physical gear beats poorly rolled fire gear. They're both very viable specs.

You've just been very rude in the way you're trying to represent your build. Which IF you were right, would still make you look like a child.

I prefer to fire and forget. Fire skills work just fine for me. All this bickering is hilarious, its a game, go play it and have fun!

Tasker and theo in my case adds a 1.46 multiplier to my pets and they deal huge damage and since trash melts to physical in seconds elites eat it.
